These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Box Champs mobile and web applications (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Box Champs, Inc. Any attempt to use the Service for gambling or betting-related activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Box Champs shall not be liable for:

Loss of data or access
Total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you’ve paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or suspicious activity.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts or through binding arbitration where applicable.
